Meet Carlos
Carlos Vivaldi has vast experience in operations, advising policy, research and developing strategies in Washington D.C for more than 5 years in different capacities, leveraging his expertise in Puerto Rico's complex political landscape and his profound grasp on Latin American foreign policy. Carlos’ professional journey began with a deep-seated fascination for Constitutional Law and Puerto Rico's political history, which grew into a lifelong passion for public service. To expand his knowledge and professional growth, Carlos moved from his hometown in Puerto Rico to Washington D.C, where he committed to understand the complex world of policymaking and serve as a bridge between PR and US politics. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and is currently obtaining a Master’s degree in Legislative Affairs from the Graduate School of Political Management at The George Washington University. Outside his professional career, Carlos participates in panels, conferences, mentorship programs and stays up to date on policy and political developments after his favorite hobby of spending time with his wife and chocolate Labrador.
